1 · The Legacy Vault for a global entertainer
A globally recognized entertainer needed to protect an estate containing unreleased recordings, image rights, brand licenses, royalty streams, and private family instructions that could span generations. We designed a cryptographically secured "Legacy Vault" that combines blockchain-based provenance, AI rights-monitoring, and quantum-resistant encryption.
The platform automatically detects unauthorized uses of the client's likeness, voice, music, and archival materials across digital platforms. It also maintains a verifiable chain of title for every asset, while releasing specific instructions, licenses, or private materials only when predetermined legal and personal conditions are met.
Massive pain point solved: Celebrity estates often become fragmented, disputed, and vulnerable to deepfakes, unauthorized licensing, and lost documentation after a principal's death or incapacity.
2 · Quantum-resilient trade-secret continuity for a Fortune 500 manufacturer
A multinational company held decades of proprietary industrial designs, materials research, and production data across dispersed teams, acquisitions, and legacy servers. Its central risk was not merely hacking: it was the eventual obsolescence of its encryption and the inability to prove which version of a trade secret existed at a particular point in time.
We built a private "Trade Secret Time Capsule" system that fingerprints critical files on a permissioned ledger, records access and derivative work histories, and migrates sensitive data toward quantum-resistant cryptography. AI continuously maps where sensitive knowledge appears across internal documents, code repositories, vendor systems, and employee workflows.
Massive pain point solved: When trade-secret litigation or a major employee departure occurs, companies often cannot quickly prove ownership, access history, or the precise version of information allegedly taken.
3 · AI deepfake crisis command center for a public figure
A public figure faced a new category of reputational threat: convincing AI-generated voice, video, endorsement, and financial-scam content circulating faster than traditional public-relations teams could respond. We developed a bespoke detection-and-response system that scans public channels for biometric and semantic impersonation signals.
When a likely fake appears, the system generates an evidentiary package: timestamped captures, cryptographic integrity records, platform-specific reporting materials, a legal preservation notice, and approved communications tailored to fans, brands, counsel, and security teams. It also provides verified authenticity credentials for official announcements and media releases.
Massive pain point solved: The first hours of a deepfake incident can determine whether a rumor becomes a lasting reputational, financial, or security crisis.
4 · Verified human-origin supply chain for a consumer brand
A major consumer company wanted to substantiate its claims about ethical sourcing, labor conditions, and low-carbon production — but relied on fragmented supplier attestations that were difficult to audit and easy to manipulate. We created a privacy-preserving provenance network that tracks product inputs and compliance milestones without exposing suppliers' competitive secrets.
AI identifies anomalies such as implausible shipping patterns, suspiciously duplicated certificates, or unexpected changes in supplier behavior. Blockchain records key compliance events, while cryptographic proofs let the brand demonstrate compliance to regulators, retailers, and consumers without publicly disclosing raw confidential data.
Massive pain point solved: Companies face escalating consumer, regulatory, and litigation exposure when sustainability or ethical-sourcing claims cannot be independently verified.
5 · Reputation-to-royalty intelligence for a media conglomerate
A media and entertainment organization had valuable intellectual property distributed across film, music, gaming, licensing, social media, and emerging AI platforms. It lacked a unified view of where its intellectual property was being used, which uses were authorized, and where revenue leakage was occurring.
We created an AI-driven rights graph that connects works, contributors, contractual restrictions, territories, derivative uses, and royalty obligations. A blockchain-based rights ledger supplies an auditable record of approvals and ownership changes, while predictive models identify under-monetized assets and potential infringement before revenue loss becomes material.
Massive pain point solved: Entertainment companies routinely lose revenue because rights data, contractual obligations, and real-world usage live in disconnected systems.
6 · Blockchain drug authentication for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company
A publicly traded pharmaceutical company was losing product — and patients were being put at risk — as counterfeit versions of its medications moved through gray-market channels. Existing serialization and packaging controls could be copied; what was missing was a tamper-evident way to prove that a specific unit of medicine was genuine and had traveled a legitimate path.
We created a blockchain-based authentication system that issues each production batch a unique NFT-bound digital identity, recording every custody event from manufacturer to distributor to pharmacy. Pharmacists and regulators can verify authenticity and full chain of supply with a scan; any break in the chain — a duplicated token, an unexpected custodian, a region mismatch — flags the unit as suspect before it reaches a patient.
Massive pain point solved: Counterfeit drugs are a global public-health crisis and an enormous liability exposure for manufacturers; most anti-counterfeit measures authenticate the packaging, not the product's history.
What clients say
"They did not give us a generic technology roadmap. They identified a risk no one on our executive team had framed correctly, then built the operating system to manage it."— Anonymous Chief Executive, Global Consumer Company
"We came in worried about AI impersonation. We left with a defensible verification architecture, a crisis protocol, and a system our legal, communications, and security teams could actually use together."— Anonymous Public Figure
"Their work turned a scattered archive of contracts, recordings, approvals, and family instructions into an asset-protection strategy built for the next century."— Anonymous Entertainment Estate Representative
"Most firms discuss blockchain as a product. They treated it as evidence infrastructure: a way to establish provenance, accountability, and trust when the stakes were high."— Anonymous General Counsel, Fortune 500 Company
"They found material intellectual-property exposure hidden in systems we had spent years integrating. Their analysis changed both our security priorities and our litigation posture."— Anonymous Chief Information Security Officer, Industrial Enterprise
"The engagement paid for itself before the first phase was complete. We identified rights leakage that had been accepted internally as unavoidable."— Anonymous Finance Executive, Global Media Company
"Their team understands that privacy, speed, reputation, and legal defensibility are not separate problems. For our organization, that made all the difference."— Anonymous Family Office Principal
"They made an emerging-technology problem understandable to the board without oversimplifying it — and then delivered a practical solution rather than a slide deck."— Anonymous Board Member, Public Company
"When the market moved faster than regulators and faster than conventional advisors, they gave us a disciplined way to act without gambling with the brand."— Anonymous Chief Strategy Officer, International Brand
