NFT Demon Holdings designs and delivers custom applications across blockchain, AI, and quantum-adjacent domains — scoped tightly, built to ship, and owned by you. This is the build arm of the practice: where consulting ends in a working system rather than a recommendation.
What "bespoke" means here
It means the deliverable is engineered around one client's problem. A cryptographically secured legacy vault for a global entertainer, combining blockchain provenance, AI rights-monitoring, and quantum-resistant encryption, releasing materials only when predetermined legal conditions are met. A privacy-preserving provenance network for a consumer brand, tracking ethical-sourcing claims without exposing suppliers' competitive secrets. An NFT-based authentication system for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, proving each batch's chain of custody from manufacturer to pharmacy. The firm's own products keep it honest
NFT Demon Holdings builds for itself too: Patrol Crypto, the company's journalism arm covering crypto news and investigating bad actors, and Urban Loot (coming soon), an AR treasure-hunt and gamified loyalty platform for hospitality, tourism, retail, and workforce teams. When the firm recommends an architecture, it is usually one it has staked its own ventures on.
How a build is scoped and priced
There is no rate card, because no two builds are alike. The process runs like professional services: a free evaluation call to understand the problem, then a written proposal fixing scope, deliverables, timeline, and total cost — structured as a fixed-scope build or milestone-based phases. Delivery includes documentation and handover; ongoing support retainers are available but never required.

Who owns the software after delivery?
The client. Builds are delivered with documentation and full handover — the system is yours. Ongoing support retainers are available for teams that want them, but are never a condition of the build.
How are custom builds priced?
Per engagement, similar to how attorneys price: a free initial evaluation call, then a custom proposal with fixed scope and total cost agreed in writing before work begins. There is no one-price-fits-all because every client's needs are different.
